And Finally most anticipated snowfall was enjoyed!....

Hardly can I forget the day we watched snowfall for the first time in my life-4th Jan 2012. It was indeed an amazing experience that can be dreamt of .I had never experienced snowfall before so had no idea of how exactly it looks like.I consider myself lucky and fortunate enough that US trip gave us golden oppurtunity of watching snowfall and fullfilled our dream.I wholeheartedly thank god for the same..

I and Arnu joined Nikhil in US just one month before the onset of winter-21st October 2011(During Halloween festival) and experienced FALL season of US.Scenic beauty was hilarious such that initially we found trees in beautiful colors like Orange,Yellow,Brown,Red but within very few days they started shedding their leaves.I was bit depressed to see trees becoming bare and they losing their colors but this onset of autumn also made them photogenic and they had charming look.Even the bare branches had their own beauty.Everyday we used to visit Jogging track and would take dozens of pictures of these beautiful colored trees.We thoroughly enjoyed autumn over here.Here is the picture of autumn for you all.....

With the dropping and shedding of leaves entire ground used to get covered by leaves.Immediately movie Mohobattein used to strike my mind as I got to see the same type of leaves over here as in movie.I and arnu used to watch each and every leaf falling from a tree near our window and would seriously admire it.It was indeed a miracle happening.

Suddenly cold weather started and temperature used to drop day by day often it would be below 0 degrees.Then too we used to cover ourselves with freezing jackets,handgloves,wollen caps and would go out to enjoy this freezing temperature.Here only I got to know what actually the winter is! Many times we would feel that we will fall sick but our excitement would not allow us to stay back at home.Arnu used to enjoy a lot by making different sounds while experiencing cold blowing wind.Cold breeze would make feels like temperature everytime almost in minus than the actual one...

Everyday I used to watch weather forecast and would eagerly wait for snowfall. Also we had listened about

snowfall stories from our friends in Louisville so we were really anticipating it.I used to pray god everyday that at least today I hope to see snowfall and one fine day he listened my prayer...

It was 4th january 2012...I woke up that beautiful morning with some unusual feeling and when I opened curtains...oh la la ...II was surprised to see snow drizzling from the sky right on the ground...For a second I thought I was dreaming but suddenly I started calling my hubby and we both peeped out of window and there... amazing ....we both saw the actual snow falling from the sky...It was beautiful cottony candy textured falling on earth from sky....similar to buddhi ke bal that we enjoy eating in park...Immediately it started accumalating on the ground and unbelievable within no time it covered cars ..was on the grass and went on falling and falling....I was totally overjoyed and yelling bring camera and take snaps...Hearing my noise arnu woke up ....we immediately wored jackets and rushed out to play...our joy knew no bounds...It was really fun playing with snow.We throwed snowballs on each other and were very fascinated with sight...Nikhil almost forgot that he has to go to office and work.We remembered Arnu's favourite nursery rhyme...Snowflakes ..little snowflakes...falling from the sky.....Picture of actual snow falling from sky...

We were very much excited and played a lot with snow..we would enjoy catching it when it felt on ground as used to melt in our hand...We thoroughly enjoyed most anticipated snowfall...Admiring the sight I was eagerly waiting for another big snowfall.....FROSTY FUN.....to enjoy and the story continues.........
